Party local at The Takeover presented by First Financial Bank!
Start weekends early every Thursday. A different cover band performs live music each week at this free, outdoor summer concert series in West Chester, Ohio. There is no cost to attend and no ticket is necessary.
Friends and family meet up at The Takeover for a relaxing break from the busy work week. Order dinner and dessert here from delicious food trucks, sip local craft brews or throw back a light beer, and enjoy the free show!
Adult beverage options are supplied by local West Chester companies and sales benefit partnering Butler County non-profit organizations. Choose from DogBerry Brewing and Grainworks Brewing Company (on a rotating schedule), as well as Ohio Eagle Distributing (every concert).
Special thank you to the volunteers with our non-profit partners. Organizations this year include the West Chester-Union Township Historical Society, the C3 Caring Community Collaborative, the UCBMA Union Centre Boulevard Merchant Association, the St. John the Evangelist Knights of Columbus #13608, the West Chester Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 7696, the Havelock D. Nelson American Legion Post 681 West Chester/Liberty Twp. Ohio, and the Rotary Club of West Chester/Liberty.
Free concerts in the park start at 6:00 p.m. Thursdays on The Square @ Union Centre, 9285 Centre Pointe Drive. Arrive early and find a good seat on the lawn for The Takeover presented by First Financial Bank.
Outdoor community events hosted by West Chester Township are family- and pet-friendly. Well-behaved dogs are welcomed in the parks and must remain on leash at all times.

The Takeover presented by First Financial Bank is slightly abbreviated this summer to accommodate a renovation of The Square @ Union Centre. The remodel is being funded with TIF funds and expects to start in August.
Concerts are weather permitting; food & beverage partners are subject to change.
